SSIHA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THURSDAY 18TH JUNE 6.30 PM GLACIER SUITE, ICE SHEFFIELD

The Annual General Meeting will take place on the above date and time.

Nominations for the committee are currently being sought and interested persons should apply in writing.  Nominations must be proposed and seconded.
All nominations can be sent FAO Judith Hirst to the address below, or via email or left in the committee tray in the Coach’s office.

In the event of more nominations being received than places available on the committee, a ballot will be held at the AGM.

In addition, members who wish to have items placed upon the AGM agenda,
can you please submit them in writing to the committee via Judith.

The current constitution and the new proposed revised constitution are available on the website.

The closing date for nominations and agenda items is Thursday 4th June 2009 at 6 pm.
