Sheffield Spartans travel to Telford on Sunday to take on the Titans knowing that nothing other than a win will suffice. Despite Telford still seeking their first win, Spartans will not be taking anything for granted as Titans are a different team to the one we faced on our opening fixture of the season. Although Spartans won that game comfortably 8-1, Titans at times pushed us all the way and it took a couple of good goals from us as well as some good saves from Brandon Stones to keep a bit of breathing space between the sides before Spartans stepped it up a gear to go on and win with ease in the end. Telford have learned a lot as the season has progressed and Spartans will have to ensure they are on their game to ensure they get the two points to keep their play-off bid alive. With a few doubts over some players it’s uncertain who will be actually playing on Sunday but Spartans expect to still have a strong team out to continue their recent good form which gives them sound reasoning to enter this game with confidence. Face off in Telford on Sunday is 5.30pm.
